時監潞者懼誅，欲誘鎮兵謀變，知濬伏甲於室，淩晨監軍來謁，執而殺之，軍城遂寧。 The army supervisor at Luzhou feared execution and tried to incite the garrison to rebel. Zhijun hid armed men in his chamber. At dawn, when the supervisor came to pay his respects, Zhijun seized and killed him, and the garrison and city were pacified.
