建武初，烏珠留若鞮單于子右奧鞬日逐王比自立為南單于，入居西河美稷，今離石左國城即單于所徙庭也。 Early in Jianwu the Right Gullet King Bi, son of Wuzhiliu Ruoti, declared himself southern Shanyu and moved his court to Meiji in Xihe—modern Zuoguocheng beside Lishi.
