秋七月戊子朔，上始親政，以耶律庶徵、劉六符、耶律睦、薄可久充賀宋來歲正旦使副。 On the wuzi new moon of the seventh autumn month the Emperor began to personally administer government; Yelü Shuzheng, Liu Liufu, Yelü Mu, and Bo Kejiu were appointed chief and deputy envoys to congratulate Song on New Year's Day of the coming year.
