至京，入覲太后，力主戰，遂命統張春發、陳澤霖、夏辛酉、萬本華四軍，出屯楊村、河西塢。 When he reached the capital he had an audience with the Empress Dowager, urged war with all his force, and was ordered to take command of the four armies under Zhang Chunfa, Chen Zelin, Xia Xinyu, and Wan Benhua, encamped at Yangcun and Hexi Wu.
