世祖朝，山東巡按程衡劾巡撫耿焞，江南巡按秦世禎劾土國寶，皆置重典，天下肅然。 In the Shunzhi reign, Shandong regional inspector Cheng Heng impeached Governor Geng Tun, and Jiangnan regional inspector Qin Shizhen impeached Tu Guobao—both received heavy punishment, and the empire was awed.
