普泰中，崔社客反於海岱，攻圍青州。 In the Putai era, Cui Sheke rebelled in Hai and Dai and besieged Qingzhou.

而社客宿將多謀，諸城各自保，固壁清野。 Sheke had many veteran officers full of schemes; each city held its own ground, securing the walls and clearing the countryside.

渾曰：「社客賊之根本，圍城復逾晦朔。 Hun said, "Sheke is the root of the rebels; the siege has already passed a full month.

如社客就擒，則諸郡可傳檄而定。 Once Sheke is taken, the commanderies can be settled by proclamation alone.
