文武百僚詣東上閣門拜表賀皇帝，退。 Civil and military officials went to the Eastern Upper Palace Gate to submit congratulatory memorials to the emperor, then withdrew.

赴別殿賀皇帝，亦如賀皇太后之儀，惟不致詞，不宣答。 They proceeded to another hall to congratulate the emperor by the same protocol as for the empress dowager, except without formal speeches or a proclaimed reply.
