景宗於此建潛邸，因而成井肆。 Emperor Jingzong established a concealed residence here, and a market town grew up around it.

穆宗崩，景宗入紹國統，號禦莊。 After Emperor Muzong's death, Jingzong left this residence to inherit the imperial succession, and it became known as the imperial estate.
