天成四年八月戍申，明宗禦文明殿，遣質奉冊立廟於曹州。 On day wushen of the eighth month in the fourth year of Tiancheng, Emperor Mingzong held court at the Hall of Civilizing Splendor and sent Lu Zhi to carry the patent and establish the temple at Cao Prefecture.
