帝以呂琦嘗佐幽州幕,乃命齎都統官告以賜德鈞,兼犒軍士。
Because Lü Qi had once served on the Youzhou staff, the Emperor ordered him to carry the overall commander's commission and bestow it on Dejun, and also to reward the troops.
琦至,從容宣帝委任之意,德鈞曰:「既以兵相委,焉敢惜死!」

On dingmao the barbarian ruler installed Shi Jingtang as Emperor of Great Jin, with an agreement of father-and-son states, and changed the era name to Tianfu.
