因大呼曰：「陳蕃、竇武奏白太后廢帝，為大逆！」 He then shouted, "Chen Fan and Dou Wu have asked the empress dowager to depose the emperor—that is treason of the highest order!"

曹節聞之，驚起，白帝曰：「外閒切切，請出御德陽前殿。」 Cao Jie heard it, started up in alarm, and reported to the emperor, saying, "Trouble is brewing outside; I ask that you go out to the front hall of Deyang Palace."
