會肅宗至鳳翔，手詔追晉卿赴行在，即日拜為左相，軍國大務悉以咨之。 When Emperor Suzong reached Fengxiang, he sent a personal edict summoning Jingqing to the temporary court. That very day Jingqing was made left counselor, and all major military and civil affairs were entrusted to his counsel.
