凡吏部選授之制，自太宗天會十二年，始法古立官，至天眷元年，頒新官制。 The Ministry of Personnel's selection and appointment system began when Emperor Taizong, in Tianhui 12 (1134), restored offices on ancient models; by Tianjuan 1 (1138) a new official structure was issued.
