先是，五省官所給幹僮，不得雜役，太祖世，坐以免官者，前後百人。 Earlier, the dry servants assigned to officials of the five directorates were forbidden to perform miscellaneous labor. Under Emperor Wen, about a hundred officials were dismissed for violating this rule.
