周武帝聞而善之，進位儀同三司，賜爵信都縣公，擢拜延州刺史。 Emperor Wu of Zhou heard of this and commended him, promoting him to Equal to the Three Excellencies, enfeoffing him as Duke of Xindu County, and appointing him governor of Yan Province.

從武帝伐齊，以功授開府儀同三司，封高邑縣公。 He followed Emperor Wu in the campaign against Qi and was granted the rank of Opening of the Palace with Ritual Equal to the Three Excellencies, enfeoffed as Duke of Gaoyi County.
