十二月，師發，玄宗禦望春亭慰勞遣之，仍令監門將軍邊令誠監其軍，屯於陜州。 In the twelfth month the army marched; the emperor saw them off at Wangchun Pavilion and sent Gate-Guard General Bian Lingcheng to supervise the force, which encamped at Shanzhou.
