後從馬全節伐安陸，敗淮賊萬餘眾，晉祖嘉之，授奉國都校，累加檢校司空。 Later he joined Ma Quanjie in the attack on Anlu and routed more than ten thousand Huai rebels. The Jin founder was pleased and made him colonel of the Fengguo army, with repeated promotions to acting Minister of Works.
