宣宗貞祐三年十月，命高汝礪糴于河南諸郡，令民輸挽入京，複命在京諸倉糴民輸之餘粟。 In the tenth month of Xuanzong's Zhenyou 3 (1215) Gao Ruli was sent to buy grain in Henan and require transport to the capital; capital granaries were also to buy any surplus the people still held.

侍御史黃摑奴申言：「汝礪所糴足給歲支，民既於租賦之外轉挽而來，亦已勞矣！ Attending Censor Huangguanu protested, "What Gao Ruli has purchased is enough to meet the year's expenses. Since the people have hauled it in addition to rent and taxes, they are already exhausted!
