廣明巨盜陷覆宮闕，局署帑藏，裏闬井肆，所存十二，比幸石門、華陰，十二之中又亡八九，高祖、太宗之制蕩然矣。 In the Guangming era the great rebel overran and destroyed the palace. Of the government offices, treasuries, lanes, and markets, only a tenth remained. After the emperor's flight to Shimen and Huayin, eight or nine tenths of even that remnant were lost. The institutions established by Gaozu and Taizong were swept away.
