靈武韓洙死，其弟澄立，而偏將李從賓作亂。 At Lingwu Han Zhu died. His younger brother Cheng was set up, but the deputy Li Congbin rebelled.

澄表請朝廷命帥，而重誨以謂靈武深入夷境，為帥者多遇害，乃拜福涼州刺史，朔方、河西軍節度使。 Cheng asked the court for a commander. Chonghui said Lingwu lay deep in barbarian country and its commanders often died—so Fu was made Liangzhou prefect and commissioner of Shuofang and Hexi.
