又令與李讜率騎軍至陝，應接郭言，回次澠池，破賊帥黃花子之眾，改滑州夾馬指揮使。 He was again ordered with Li Dang to lead cavalry to Shan to link with Guo Yan; on the return march he stopped at Mianchi and broke the band of the rebel chief Huang Huazi, then became Jiamma commander at Huazhou.
