彥魯領知州事五十餘日，保衡殺彥魯送款於帝，即以保衡為華州節度使，以河陽留後霍彥威為邠州節度使。 Yanlu ruled fifty days; Baoheng killed him and surrendered; the Emperor made Baoheng commissioner of Hua and Huo Yanwei of Bin.

自是，凡攻圍十四月，節度使霍彥威、諸軍都指揮使黃貴堅守捍寇，會救軍至，岐人乃退。 The siege then ran fourteen months; Huo Yanwei and all-armies commander Huang Gui held out until relief came and Qi withdrew.
