七年，王師南伐，克郴州，晟所遣將暨彥赟與其刺史陸光圖皆戰死，余眾退保韶州。 In the seventh year the imperial army marched south and took Chenzhou; the general Sheng had sent, Ji Yanyun, together with its prefect Lu Guangtu, both died in battle, and the survivors withdrew to defend Shaozhou.
