時右丞相襄言：「伏見熙宗聖誕七月七日，以景宣忌辰避之，更為翌日，複用正月十七日受外國賀。 At that time the Right Chancellor Xiang said: "I observe that Emperor Xizong's sacred birthday fell on the seventh day of the seventh month, but because of Jingxuan's death anniversary it was moved to the following day, and foreign congratulations were again received on the seventeenth day of the first month.
