開元中，從安西都護來曜討十姓蘇祿，先登捕虜，累功署昭武校尉。 During the Kaiyuan period he served under Anxi Protector-General Lai Yao against Suluk of the Ten Surnames, scaling the heights first and taking captives; for repeated merit he was made a Defender of Zhaowu.
