是月，邠州留後李保衡以城歸順。 That month Li Baoheng of Binzhou submitted.

保衡，楊崇本養子也。 Baoheng was adopted by Yang Chongben.

彥魯領知州事五十餘日，保衡殺彥魯送款於帝，即以保衡為華州節度使，以河陽留後霍彥威為邠州節度使。 Yanlu ruled fifty days; Baoheng killed him and surrendered; the Emperor made Baoheng commissioner of Hua and Huo Yanwei of Bin.

是月，鳳翔李茂貞遣偽署涇州節度使劉知俊率師攻邠州，以李保衡歸順故也。 That month Li Maozhen of Fengxiang sent Liu Zhijun, puppet commander of Jingzhou, against Bin—Li Baoheng's surrender was the cause.
