三月，帝兼領幽州，遣近臣李紹宏提舉府事。 In the third month he added Youzhou to his own titles and sent Li Shaohong to run the prefectural office.

天祐十七年春，幽州民於田中得金印，文曰：「關中龜印」，李紹宏獻於行台。 In the spring of Tianyou 17 a farmer near Youzhou dug up a gold seal reading "Guanzhong turtle seal," which Li Shaohong sent to headquarters.
