劍南自李順平後，人心洶洶，知州牛冕緩馳無政，昭壽又不能御軍，人皆怨憤。 After Li Shun was pacified in southern Shu, popular sentiment was turbulent. Prefect Niu Mian was lax and slow in governance, and Zhaoshou also could not control the army. Everyone harbored resentment.
