庚午，監修國史姚顗，史官張昭遠、李祥、吳承範等修撰《明宗實錄》三十卷上之。 On gengwu Yao Yan, overseer of the national history, together with historiographers Zhang Zhaoyuan, Li Xiang, Wu Chengfan, and others, presented thirty juan of the 《Veritable Records of Emperor Mingzong》.

〈（《五代會要》：同修撰官中書舍人張昭遠、李祥，直館左拾遺吳承範，右拾遺楊昭儉等各頒賚有差。）〉 (The 《Institutional Essentials of the Five Dynasties》 records that the co-compilers, Secretariat Drafters Zhang Zhaoyuan and Li Xiang, Left Reminder Wu Chengfan of the Historiography Office, Right Reminder Yang Zhaojian, and others each received graded rewards.)
