貴先因脅縣尉林寶役徒板築，不及期，將斬之，吏人百姓奔竄。 Guixian forced the county magistrate Lin Bao to press conscript laborers into rammed-earth construction; when the deadline was not met he was about to execute Lin, and officials and common people fled in panic.
