頃歲樞密使劉處讓偶屬家艱，爰拘喪制，既從罷免，暫議改更，不曾顯降敕文，永停使額。 In recent years Commissioner Liu Churang happened to suffer a family bereavement and was bound by mourning regulations; once he was removed from office, a temporary change was discussed, but no explicit edict was ever issued permanently abolishing the commissionership.
