鎮大名餘十年，政委牙校劉思遇。 He held Daming for more than ten years and entrusted administrative affairs to his staff officer Liu Siyu.

思遇貪黠，怙勢斂貨財，公府之利多入其家，彥卿不之覺。 Siyu was greedy and cunning. Relying on his power he gathered wealth, and most of the revenue of the government office went into his household, but Yanqing did not notice.
