三年十一月，隱帝遇害，朝廷議立崇之子徐州節度使赟為主，會周太祖為軍眾所推，降封赟為湘陰公。 In the eleventh month of the third year Yindi was murdered. The court considered Chong's son Yun of Xuzhou, but the Zhou founder was raised by the army and Yun was reduced to Duke of Xiangyin.

崇乃遣牙將李筠奉書求赟歸藩，會赟已死，唯以優辭答之。 Chong sent Li Yun to beg Yun's return; when Yun was already dead he answered with gracious words only.
