太祖起兵入京師，遽令草太后誥及議迎湘陰公儀註。
Entering the capital he ordered Fan Zhi to draft the dowager's proclamation and rites to welcome the lord of Xiangyin.
先是，樞密使王峻以湘陰公已在宋州，慮聞澶州之事，左右變生，遣侍衛馬軍指揮使郭崇率七百騎往衛之。
Earlier Wang Jun, fearing trouble when the lord of Xiangyin heard of Chanzhou, sent Guo Chong with seven hundred cavalry to guard him.

(From the Summary of Affairs in the Eastern Capital, biography of Guo Chong: Jun sent Chong with seven hundred riders to meet Yun at Suiyang. Chong said, "The Chanzhou troops mutinied; I came only to guard the imperial carriage—there is no other intent."

On jiwei the dowager proclaimed: "Recently Guo Wei, intending to settle the altars, deliberated establishing a senior ruler; Xuzhou commissioner Yun, Gaozu's close kinsman, was established as Han successor and summoned from his post to the capital.
赟可降授開府儀同三司、檢校太師、上柱國，封湘陰公，食邑三千戶，食實封五百戶。」
Yun was demoted to acting grand master of the palace, inspecting grand preceptor, pillar of state, duke of Xiangyin with three thousand households and five hundred seal."
