長城縣民盧道優家遭劫，誣同縣殷孝悌等四人爲劫，𤅢收付縣獄考正。 When Lu Daoyou of Changcheng County was robbed at home, he falsely accused Yin Xiaoti and three other men from the same county; Yao had them arrested and sent to the county prison for interrogation.

孝悌母駱詣登聞訴稱孝悌爲道優所誹謗，橫劾爲劫，一百七十三人連名保徵，在所不爲申理。 Xiaoti's mother, Lady Luo, petitioned at the Petition Office, claiming her son had been slandered by Daoyou and falsely charged with robbery; one hundred seventy-three people signed a joint guarantee, but the local authorities refused to act.

𤅢聞孝悌母訴，乃啓建康獄覆，道優理窮款首，依法斬刑。 When Yao heard of the mother's petition, he ordered a retrial at the Jiankang prison; Daoyou, his case exhausted, confessed and was beheaded according to law.
