羅紹威將誅其牙兵，惡魏兵彊，未敢發，求梁為助。 Luo Shaowei meant to wipe out his yajun retainers but feared Wei’s strength and held back until he asked Liang for help.

太祖乃悉發魏兵使攻燕，而遣馬嗣勳助紹威誅牙兵。 Taizu sent all Wei troops against Yan and dispatched Ma Sixun to help Shaowei slaughter the yajun.

羅紹威將誅牙軍，太祖遣彥卿之魏計事，彥卿陰為紹威計畫，乃悉誅牙軍。 When Luo Shaowei meant to wipe out the yajun retainers, Taizu sent Yanqing to Wei to plan. Yanqing secretly laid out Shaowei’s scheme, and the yajun were slaughtered to the last man.
