先是，瑱行軍司馬龐充統兵二千人赴河南，至汝州，聞瑱死，將士魚目等回兵襲襄州，左兵馬使李昭禦之，奔房州。 Earlier, campaign secretary Pang Chong had led two thousand men to Henan. At Ruzhou they heard Zhen was dead; officers led by Yu Mu turned back to strike Xiangzhou; Li Zhao held them off; they fled to Fangzhou.

永泰二年十二月，智光專殺前虢州刺史、兼御史中孫龐充。 In the twelfth month of Yongtai 2, Zhiguang on his own authority murdered Pang Chong, former Governor of Guozhou and concurrent Censor-in-Chief.

充方居缞绖，潛行，智光追而斬之。 Pangchong was in mourning and traveling secretly; Zhiguang chased him down and beheaded him.
