咸和九年，皝遣其司馬封弈攻鮮卑木堤于白狼，揚威淑虞攻烏丸悉羅侯于平岡，皆斬之。 In the ninth year of Xianhe, Huang sent Marshal Feng Yi to strike the Xianbei leader Muti at Bailang and Shuyu to strike the Wuhuan Siluohou at Pinggang; both enemy heads were taken.
