頍謂其子曰：「氣候殊不佳，兵必敗。 Hui said to his son, "The omens are very unfavorable; the army is sure to be defeated.

謂其子曰：「吾之計謀，不減楊素，但為言不見從，遂至於此。 He said to his son, "My stratagems are no less than Yang Su's, but because my advice was not heeded, it has come to this.
