曾夜行，過其賓客宋孝王家宿，喚坊民防援，不時應赴，遂拷殺之。 Once on a night journey he passed the house where his guest Song Xiaowang was lodging and called out the ward watchmen; when they did not come at once, he had them beaten to death.
