論曰：剛林相太宗，與範文程、希福並命，祁充格掌記室，於創業宜皆有功。 The commentator says: Ganglin served the Taizong, and together with Fan Wencheng and Xifu received concurrent appointments; Qi Chongge managed the secretariat—in founding the enterprise they ought all to have had merit.
