論曰：圖海始阻撤籓之議，及其鷹揚西土，綏靖秦隴，卒收底川之績。 The commentator writes: Tu Hai had first opposed withdrawing the feudatories; later he took the field in the west with eagle vigor, pacified Qin and Long, and in the end secured the achievement of settling Sichuan.
