精忠既叛，語圖喇勿縱兵暴民。 When Jingzhong rebelled he urged Tula not to let the troops abuse the people.

有滿兵犯法，之芳縛詣圖喇，以軍法治之，一軍肅然。 When a Manchu soldier broke the law, Zhifang bound him and brought him before Tula for punishment under military law, and the whole army fell into strict discipline.
