太祖北攻鎮州，與王鎔和，遣捍見鎔，鎔軍未知梁意，方嚴兵，捍馳一騎入城中，諭鎔以太祖意，鎔乃聽命。 When Taizu marched north on Zhenzhou and made peace with Wang Rong, he sent Han to see him. Rong’s army did not know Liang’s intent and stood on alert; Han rode alone into the city, explained Taizu’s purpose, and Rong submitted.
