有土寇王致岡者，構眾擾平泉、赤峰、建昌諸處，積為民患，官軍莫能捕，至是遣守備松恩剿平之。 A local bandit, Wang Zhigang, had long led a gang harassing Pingquan, Chifeng, Jianchang, and elsewhere beyond the reach of government troops; Yanxu now sent Assistant Commander Song En to wipe them out.
