太一教者，始金天眷中道士蕭抱珍，傳太一三元法籙之術，因名其教曰太一。 The Supreme Unity teaching was founded by the Daoist priest Xiao Baozhen during the Tianjuan era of the Jin dynasty, who transmitted the arts of the Supreme Unity Three Origins talismans and named the teaching accordingly.
