前使辛京杲貪殘，有將王國良鎮邵州武岡縣，豪富，京杲以死罪加之。 His predecessor Xin Jinggao was greedy and cruel. A general named Wang Guoliang garrisoned Wugang County in Shao Prefecture and was wealthy and powerful. Jinggao condemned him to death on trumped-up charges.

我與將軍同為辛京杲所構，我已蒙聖朝昭雪，使我何心持刃殺將軍耶！ Both of us were framed by Xin Jinggao. I have already been vindicated by the court—how could I bear to take up arms against you!
