朝廷慮不從命，詔邠州節度使藥彥稠、宮苑使安從益等率師援送從進赴鎮，仍降詔諭之云： Fearing disobedience, the court ordered Binzhou commissioner Yao Yanchou, palace park commissioner An Congyi, and others to escort Congjin to his post with troops, and issued this instruction:

今特差邠州節度使藥彥稠部領馬步兵士五萬人騎，送安從進赴任，從命者秋毫勿犯，違命者全族必誅，先令後行，有犯無赦雲。 We now specially dispatch Binzhou commissioner Yao Yanchou with fifty thousand horse and foot to escort An Congjin to his post; those who obey will not be harmed in the slightest; those who defy will have their whole clans executed; orders precede action, and violations will not be pardoned.
