時御史大夫也先帖木兒以大軍南討，而失律喪師，陝西行臺監察御史劉希曾等十人共劾奏之。 Censor-in-Chief Yesun Temür was then campaigning in the south with a great army but violated discipline and lost troops. Liu Xizeng and nine other investigating censors of the Shaanxi Branch Censorate jointly impeached him.
