又敗法興兵，遂取晉陵，以法興所署掾李百藥為內史侍郎，典文檄，尚書左丞殷芊為太常卿，司禮樂，繇是江南士人多歸之。 After another victory over Shen Faxing he seized Jinling, installed Li Baiyao—once Faxing's clerk—as Vice Director of the Secretariat to draft state papers, and Yin Qian, formerly Left Assistant of the Imperial Secretariat, as Director of Ceremonies to oversee ritual music; learned men across the lower Yangtze flocked to his court.
